Projects we build here
Replacing a builder slab with a paver patio is the most common first project, often with a seat wall and steps down to the lawn. Drainage fixes such as buried downspout extensions and regrading usually come with it, and a retaining wall is the answer for back lots that drop toward the fence. Bed renovations and planting finish the front yard.
Working close to home
Indian Trail is where Rob started RK in 2014, going door to door. Being minutes from most jobs means the site visit is easy to schedule and crews spend their day building.
Wesley Chapel, about 5 miles south, has the same mix of newer neighborhoods and larger lots, and the same Union County soil.
What yards here usually need
Many homes sit on red clay with a small builder patio and beds that were never finished. Water running toward the house after storms is common, so drainage and grading are often the first conversation, then a paver patio and planting.
Back lots that slope toward a fence line are a good fit for a retaining wall that turns a hill into flat yard.
