Block, stone and custom builds
Fire pits and fireplaces can be built from manufactured block, from natural stone kits, or as fully custom masonry. We match the material to the patio and seat walls so the fire feature reads as part of the terrace.
Size follows the seating. A fire pit sized to the group, with a seat wall at a comfortable distance, gets used far more than one dropped in the middle of a lawn.
Fire pit, fire table or fireplace
A round fire pit with a seat wall keeps a group facing each other. A low fire table fits a dining or lounge terrace. A tall masonry fireplace closes in a seating area and can screen a view or a breeze.
Planning it safely
We plan clearances from the house, trees and overhead structures, and run the fuel line for gas features as part of the design. Rules vary by town, so we tell you what your project needs.
On a design project, the 3D rendering shows the fire feature and the seating around it before construction starts.
